A service with a funny name and some amazing offers. If you are looking for cheap you have found the place to hangout. Don't be fooled by the price per track which is $ .15 like with may other sites. The secret are the stunning bonuses you receive when you buy credit. How about a $30 bonus when you buy $30? This 100% bonus also applies to $50 and when buying $100 you even get 120% bonus. So the actual price per track is just under $.08 and the average album will cost you only $.90.

Payment options include all major credit cards as well as PayPal and WebMoney.

Iomoio has signed agreements with the Russian copyright organization FAIR. This entitles this service to legally offer music by all artists and from all labels.

Files are delivered in 192 kbps MP3 mostly, though we did come across some 128 kbps tracks.

Unlike most other services your downloads stay on your account - so you can download them again.

Catalogue

All files are offered in MP3 format mainly with a 192kbps bitrate. The sound quality is good. Filenames are like, 04_-_This_Is_A_Song.mp3. Not quite the way we like them but ID3 tags are properly filled so automated renaming with a tag editor should do the trick.

Iomoio has a nice looking interface and delivers a comprehensive catalog that includes albums from all major artists.

Browsing the catalogue is based on genre and styles. This kind of navigation is far from perfect, but the search feature is excellent.

Price

The standard price per track is $.15, but factor in the bonus system you actually pay less than  $.08. This price per track is fixed no matter the size of the file, which make albums with long songs even more cheap.

Legality

Many question the legality of the Russian services. Lengthy discussions on this subject can be found all over the Internet. The bottom line is that the Russian services are probably legal under current Russian law. Using these services from outside Russia could be legal as well. More information can be found on this page.

Pros
Cons
Conclusion

Iomoio is probably the cheapest service of its kind. The quality of the files, better said  the bit rates of the tracks leaves something to be desired. We would prefer a standard like 192 kbps or higher instead of a variety of bitrates. The service does not have advanced features like Allofmp3, but the nice interface and the amazing low prices will make up for this.

Download speeds are ok but you have to download every single file separately. When downloading whole albums we advise to use a download manager. If you like clean filenames you will need a renaming tool.
